I didn't move any goal posts. I just called out the silly fantasy that he would want to come here to be in the same situation he was theoretically leaving bama for. You didn't ask me my opinion. So what would moving the goalposts do? You just said in yer opinion if he wants to come here no matter what, you take him. Calling you out for yer absurd theory is not moving any goalposts. But good try.
Yer the one making up fantasy hypotheticals. Why am I not allowed to hypothetically say jg will have a good year. Is that more absurd than you automatically saying jg won't have a good year even in a hypothetical. That is absurd to me that you can't even imagine him being good in yer little fantasy. But yer definitely not beating the drum for hurts? Because why else would you start the conversation about replacing jg before he even gets a chance to play a season with the new coaches. It's not personal though for sure. I agree. I like you and appreciate the information you bring but we just are fans of different styles. Haha. We'll find out if jg can exceed the hypothetical limits you put on him soon enough and maybe rehash this in the spring. What’s absurd is you’re automatically penciling in JG as a for sure starter over Jalen Hurts if he came here when he has done absolutely nothing on the field or statistically better than Hurts.
I was saying because someone publicly said JG was starting they will plan for JG mostly now. So throw Chryst out there to ruin their game planNaw. Chryst Is more mature and able to handle being told henisnt the starter plus he is older. So if it's a question you go with JG. Chryst has to be a no brainer to win the job game 1. I also would trust Chryst coming in midgame more than JG
