Saw an ESPN video on Herm the other day. It’s apparent that his former agent now boss bought his NFL Rookie Symposium speech that he reissues at every practice and position group film study, as gospel. Dude generates his own caffeine and never comes off of it. They’re going to need to send him off on a scavenger hunt during games so his coordinators can call the game.Kevin Sumlin at AZ is probably gonna be a real nice fit. He's a good recruiter and coach, just tough to compete in the SEC. Chip Kelly is probably gonna make UCLA better too. USC may have a drop off but they'll still be good. Overall I think the Pac12 will be down this year at the top but in the middle I could see it being pretty good. Also, I think Herm was an awful hire and will not win very many games.
I don't think Herm makes a bowl this year. They have a pretty tough schedule for them. I don't see them beating Mich St, WA, Stanford, USC, Utah, UCLA, AZ or Oregon. I'm not even confident they'd beat San Diego St.over time, i agree. like i said, not sure how long that window will be open for Az St to move up in the division. i agree about sumlin and kelly at USCe. i look for that division over the next 3 years to be down to USC, UCLA and AZ.

ok so this is one of those warm fuzzy intangible things that i generally don't like to talk about, especially with a total lack of evidence that it matters (we haven't played a single game yet).We finally have a head coach who has a quality that we have not had in our head coach in a very long time… Extreme confidence that borders on the line of cockiness. I like it! His team will follow his lead and play in a similar fashion.
ouch. i'm not gonna pretend to be an expert on asu football. i didn't know that was the schedule. you're probably right...lol.I don't think Herm makes a bowl this year. Butch liked being the star of the show on the big stage, but wasn't ready for Power 5.. Pruitt likes to coach, has winning experience as coordinator in power 5 and would rather not deal with all that outside junk (Similar to Saban) It's definitely different.Butch was insecure and felt like he didn't belong.
Pruitt is sitting there thinking "It's about damn time I got a head coaching job in the SEC"
no one disagrees. i think this is a one off goal for year one, given all the "stuff" that comes with a new coach, new personnel etc....especially considering how last year went, and how it ended.Bowl Game = Butch Goal
Time to move on and aim higher.
Not gonna lie, I was a little disappointed that we raised less than $1500 for POA.FYI. Update from POA’s gofundme.
“Found out today that her boyfriend was arrested for VOP as well as possession of paraphernalia and admitting to smoking meth. Hopefully this keeps him out of the picture for a while. Now just have to finish the custody case”
