I really hope Coach YAC can help with the drops. No receiver catches 100% of the targets given, but Palmer could have had a solid year if he made those catches. It's kinda the most important aspect of the position, but he was doing everything else right.

They did. But that’s what I’m saying. If their was a clear cut front runner (whoever it may be) like VQ guys are saying. Why wouldnt they give him the most 1s reps.

I don't doubt BJ did some bad stuff. Stupid stuff. At the same time, there is no way you take Mcdaniel at face value revealing 100% truth. He had lots of issues coming out of HS and they have continued.

Yeah im sure McDaniel is leaving out his part of the problem as well. It's how folks usually do when telling stories. Police ain't just going to pull up with guns pulled because a coach told them to

No they were “releasing” their findings to the BOT. Who will then make recommendations to the president who will make the decisions believe.

We don’t have a top tier QB on roster so it’s goinh to come down to who they trust more to do the small things better more often.

Whoever takes care of the football the best will be the starter IMO

I agree, but this means it is imperative not to have negative plays on first and second down. If we get into a 2nd and 12 or 3rd and 7 or more, it will be tough for us to convert.

I agree. Can't have negative plays. That's why I think they'll go with the better game manager - the lower risk of the two. I think they'll look at 3 yards and a cloud of dust as a good play.

I think the coaches pretty much know who's playing where and who's starting against WVU. They're just not announcing it, and the media sees very little. They're not getting much on the record.

LWS has great sources and for some reason this board is totally disregarding everything he says just as it did last year when he said Butch was in over his head and that we’d have our worst team of all time.

I don’t necessarily agree with his pessimism this year but watching this cycle repeat itself is comical.

I said that from the very beginning, we were a 6-6 team at best last year, with no sources. So that is nothing new to me. But why does he think we are a 5-7 team and from what we have seen, how could anyone say KC gets the job. JG has looked much better in everything i have seen. He has a way stronger and more accurate arm than KC and is more moble. The only knock on him is he holds it too long sometimes, which i think as he gets more comfortable that will slowly get better along with the help of an actual qb coach.
