Can't say that I have tried these specialties, but would imagine it would depend on the ability of the chef. Goat is delicious. Cabrito, a specialty of Monterrey, Mexico, is suckling young goat, cooked vertically on skewers over a fire pit. Difficult to find in the USA, although I found it in a good Mexican restaurant in ATL some years ago. Some folks are limited by their provincial attitudes and are the poorer for not experiencing fine regional cuisine.
I agree we are more talented than 4-8, and much more talented than we were in 2010 and 2013. But I pump the breaks when I as anyone say we will win more than 7 this year. My biggest hang up is that Kirby (7-5) and Saban (6-6) both struggled their first year implementing similar systems and cultures at Georgia and Alabama with arguably more talent, and against easier schedules. Plus, we are relying on a bunch of guys that either have been injury prone or just simply haven’t produced at a high level before. I’m stuck at 5.5 still, and think our range is from 5-7 to 7-5, with maybe more pointing in the favor of 7 wins.
It will be a fun year regardless and I’m stoked about it. Should be some fun games and I think we steal one or two and give Bama all they can handle.
