Helton has had two NFL QBs joe webb and the best college QB prospect imo since Andrew luck in Sam darnold.

I know he did some developing but no one really knows how much power he had at USC and kiffin was a borderline miracle worker with crompton and Blake sims.

ANd Kiffin doesn't get that. He still thinks folks rioted because they thought he was some second coming of Saban. People rioted because they knew the dumpster fire he was creating by leaving after one year. Sure USC was his dream job but when you leave like he did it showed he didn't give a crap what scorched earth he was leaving behind. I read the article as the same ol' Kiffin. I don't really hate the guy either, just have zero respect for him.

Also it's not like every QB he's touched has turned into gold or anything. Max Browne says hullo.


Kiffin's one of the best playcallers of the past decade or so as an OC, IMO. Helton's on his way up, but he's not there yet.

Also, who knows even really what Helton did at USC. He had another OC in tee. And the head coach was the OC before and was credited with finding Sam darnold early on.

I have high hopes for Helton but his resume isn’t comparable to kiffin as of yet.

Honestly did not know that existed. Still gonna have to give the nod to the Holy Trinity. More people believe in God than know the third Ninja Turtle movie exists. :)

There is a fine line sometimes between judging and having good judgement. In the same chapter that Jesus says "Judge not, that ye be not judged" he says, "Cast not your pearls before swine". We are also advised to guard against wolves in sheeps clothing. How are you to do that without using some form of discernment? I hope he is sincere, usually time will tell.
