It’s a drill that emphasizes shooting your hips through on a block... getting chest to chest on the defender squeezing the air out between you (OL) and the defender... hips is where the power comes from.

I know he's not a contender for any playing time. Atleast this year. Maybe a couple down the road if he earns a scholly, and develops. And we have the trio at QB competing already, and Shrout in the wings as well. But...What's up with Harris (?), the PWO QB. Has he even had any practice yet? I thought he was enrolling early. As a PWO, thought he'd atleast get reps and run scout squads maybe.
