His name is James O'Keefe: James O'Keefe - Wikipedia and he is some type of activist. Reading through his wikipedia article I found that he has fabricated some stories before. It will be interesting to see what he has to say, but we need to take it with a grain of salt. He has been to court over some of his videos and he has had to pay settlements before.

Yeah seems like a scam artist. Who secretly records college kids like he claims to have. Seems to be some unethical parts there's potentially
