Urban doesn't bring Smith if OSU doesn't sign off on hire so firing Urban means the university is admitting to the allegations. Urban lying to the media isn't a cause to be fired. Covering up the abuse should be . Coaches lie to media often and frankly we don't know what their administration said to Urban about answering questions about Smith.

so Ohio state let's the press wreck them and the argument of "not taking immediate action" in theulir current title IX suit enter the conversation all because they may have knowingly signed off on it? That's called doubling down and I doubt they are that foolish.

I'm saying the won't fire Meyer bc they've already dropped the ball by hiring Smith.

I doubt OSU would play that game.

Much, much bigger risk than reward in your scenario.

I tried to watch Legion, but it jumps around way too much for me. I watched the first couple of episodes when it came out, but spent more time rewinding trying to figure out what just happened, than I did watching in real time. I finally got annoyed and gave up.

If it’s true that there are 9 police reports alleging DV, then not only is Urban gone but I think there’ll be multiple people fired and it could get ugly from an NCAA perspective. As HG alluded to, too many people had to know if there are indeed that many reports. And if they didn’t know they damn well ought to have.
