The only way to make that argument is if his wife never told him, and that seems to be a bit of a reach. Either way, Meyer's wife is toast since she's an employee of OSU as well and she is in this up to her eyeballs.

You're the head coach's wife and you find out about this but decide not to tell him even when the University is already embroiled in another Title IX lawsuit? That's pretty tough to buy into...

Edit - Another thing to consider is the number of people already calling for his head. They're not going to relent until all the blood is spilt.

She's also a nurse so she was required to report it herself.

Yep.

The only way he doesn’t get what’s coming is to completely throw his wife under the bus and hope everybody else (coaches and wives) keep their mouths shut. Tough to sell that.

Urban and his wife are like Saban and Ms. Terry. No way Urban didn't know. He's toast. It's just a matter of when it happens. No university can justify keeping someone on who looked the other way when they are responsible for disciplining players who commit exactly these kinds of offenses.

I'm just curious if we culled it down at all. We're not even recruiting some offered players anymore, but we probably do blanket-send the list.

Let's see what kind of man Coach Meyer really is. Let's see if he tries to hide behind his lawyers or if he will do the right thing and resign and get the personal counseling that he clearly needs.


Two OSU fans commented. One called me a dumbass and another said LOL.

They're reacting how any fan base would react. I can't really blame them, but that doesn't change the fact CUM and OSU are in some deep stuff because of this
