I could be mistaken, but during the Trayvon Martin timeframe the same things were said and it turns out more black people benefited from it than anyone.

“White” guns are legal in greater numbers than brown/black/non-Caucasian guns?

I called out the article with my very first post in this thread. It got overlooked with no follow-up from our house SJWs. I wasn’t surprised.

Old dude was intent on shooting SOMEBODY with that pistol. For sure. 2 different people have already come forward and said he pulled it on them, 1 of them over a parking space. Super Dbag, hiding behind a gun. Worst kind of gun owner, and like Grand said...a blight to responsible gun owners everywhere. Hope he gets sued for all he's got, wears a manslaughter charge, and MOST IMPORTANTLY LOSES HIS RIGHT TO CARRY A GUN. That guy should never, ever get to carry a pistol in public again..I hope we can all agree on that

The older dude wasn’t assaulting the moron girlfriend. You cannot react like that. Period.

You cannot just walk around assaulting people and not expect something bad to happen to you. He walked out of he store and immediately assaulted the older dude from the blind side. You can’t act like that and expect nothing to happen to you.


If I was walking around Compton and yelling racial epithets and ended up shot and killed you wouldn’t think - oh what a tragedy, there will be a civil suit coming. You would be thinking wow, what a ****ing idiot.

So yes, this dead guy got what he asked for.

You should not be acting like a cop unless you are one... From what we have heard, this is not Drejka's first rodeo with this type of thing. He has apparently threatened a trucker with a gun for parking in a handicapped spot in the past. That will come into play as well.

Thanks. Getting caught up helps me have a bit more free time. Finishing up a renovation on a rental. And listing another. Now trying to decide to list or rent the reno.

I agree. That's why I think this guy gets in trouble. Even though he was physically assaulted, the danger had passed when the guy walked away. I don't see how he sell he was in imminent danger either.

That's why I posted earlier that all three parties deserved blame. The girl deserved some blame for parking there in the first place. She set the whole thing in motion. She also could have just rolled her window up and igored the guy but she apparently gave it back to him.

The guy should have either left them alone or done it in a non-confrontational manner and moved along if it was escalating. IMO after he was pushed to the ground he had every right to pull his weapon. Where he screwed up is when he shot the guy when it appears he's backing away.

And the dead guy for physically assaulting the guy in the first place. If he wanted to protect his gal he should have stepped between the two and attempted to diffuse the situation.

They all carry blame for this shooting.

Well, this is America. Race is going to get brought up. We have a history of this sort of situation (old white dude shoots young black dude, old white dude goes home) going unchecked.

Not that it applies to this situation imo, but it is going to come up, especially in this political environment.

See post 276......this law has benefited blacks more than whites in FL......granted, it is black on black shooting most of the time, but you can not have it both ways.....
