You know Lisa is a lawyer - maybe she couldn't keep two phones straight. Women and phones; they can't be without them, but arrest a football player and suddenly they become butterfingers and lose or break them.

They lambasted the tweets, not his role in the investigation. They found NOTHING. And you know they looked. Just as we will all hopefully do with the Mueller findings, accept the results and respond accordingly.

They lambasted the guy that sent the tweets. And there is a big difference between stating he is cleared and saying they didn't have enough evidence to conclusively prove that his bias affected the investigation. And you know it.


Now, you mention that he was removed from the investigation, once the tweets were made public, due to the "optics". I can only assume that you mean by that that the tweets gave the impression that his judgment couldn't be trusted as the leader of the investigation. So we have to ask... Why should we ignore those optics and trust his judgment between the time he made the tweets and the time he was removed?


Answer: We can't.


And you know it.

Do you think it may have been institutional, so they felt safe? Who has considered the fact that the FBI sat on these texts for months without dismissing strzok? They only dismissed him and took him off the investigation when the texts went public.

Uh, last i recall he was dismissed from the investigation.
The bias is obvious. Can they prove it affected his investigation? Not sure. There would have to be something else.

Detectives can investigate a crime while hating the criminal and still be professional.

Little different here Luth. He investigated both of them, Hillary and Trump. Almost and possibly at the same time. Openly rooting for one over the other.
