My opinion is different than yours, why make a deal about it? I don’t believe the Maurer kid is very good, much like all of the qbs in this class. Your post was attempting to get a rise out of me. I don’t really like any of the elite 11 qbs compared to the last 3-4 years. He finished middle of the pack in a bad qb class. It’s my opinion, we will see who ends up being right. Either way, it’s really not worth arguing about.

Nice anonymous source. How is that a better source than the player or woj or Broussard or whitlock or any of the others who have acknowledged he wasn't getting any good offers. And 9 mil is a lot lower than the max deals you said he was offered and turned down. Which was what I originally asked you to provide proof of max offers before he even said he didn't get offers. I originally said new Orleans was the only team offering more than he got so not sure yer point. The sign and trade offer that was reported was with Portland and fell through because his agent also represented the Portland player so there was a conflict of interest. Sounds like new Orleans was trying to make it look like they wanted to offer but really just wanted him to be offended and go somewhere else. Bottom line he didn't turn down max offers like you said.

Made your first mistake when you said you weren't high on that player. When Tennessee gets a commitment, I don't care if we beat out Mercer for the player, you say the kid is a stud and he'll light it up as a Tennessee Volunteer.

I don’t get it. There’s literally zero percent chance that every player we sign is all SEC. Why get so emotional about a kid that signs to play with us? I love the Vols as much as the next guy, but I’m not going to blindly believe all of them are amazing just because they choose the Vols lol

They all did the same stuff when I said Butch was an awful HC. Hey, guess what? He was an awful HC, and not a very good person either. There was a point on here when you literally got destroyed for saying anything negative about Butch. I’m not going to blindly follow the pack because some forum posters have made a pact to attack anyone that has a negative opinion concerning the current football team.

I'll tell you what he doesn't bring..Specifically trashing current Vols and Vol commits.

Also you said the dude had a bad arm. That was proven to be a garbage opinion...just admit you were wrong about it.
