Well, all I've heard about our passing game is that we like to throw it down the field.. JG did have a pretty impressive spring game, accuracy-wise.

Dinking and dunking were probably all that Chryst had to do when he had McCaffery and Love carrying the offense.

Yeah it was weird because he said Chryst is a dink and dunk guy but then said but that is their offense the. Said JG was erratic then Said but it was the different WRs.. lol guy all over place

He said Stanford's offense was designed that way but that is why they recruited him because he was a dink and dunk guy even back in hs.

I tried to like England because I follow the Premier League, but I disliked many of the players. I like the discipline and general class Germany displays as a team. They are methodical and machine like. I also liked their striker who has retired already... early morning here, and my foggy brain can’t even remember... Klaus... and then I can only think of Mein, the singer for the Scorpions 😂

This year was obviously a huge disappointment, but I’m a Tennessee fan, so it fits nicely

And I’m a Thainnessean 🇺🇸 🇹🇭

Klose? You are definitely on the bandwagon.

Miroslav Klose from Germany. One of the all time great goal scorers, even though they weren't always against the best opponents.

Germany though has always been a tournament team, but they had no team spirit this year. It's not even Low's fault, the players had no chemistry and there were outside factors that affected squad harmony. THe DFB would be smart to keep Low, and let him personally kick out the players who have negatively affected the squad's cohension, namely Ozil and Khedira. Germany has some of the best young players in the international scene. Even Boateng looked like he lost a step. You don't go from U21 UEFA and Confederations Cup champs to being one of the very worst performing teams at the WC due to lack of talent or bad coaching.

Absolutely Low’s fault. That geriatric team was pathetic. Leaving the fastest player in Germany and their best wing player off the team in Sane sealed their fate. He’ll be fired soon so no worries.

Then they’ll hire Klopp.

He has an arm. I think the guy is just trying to fault him for being a guy that will check down to his RB or other options even at a young age. Heck he wa raised in a OC football family

Easy there, Judge Judy

I’m not responsible for any posts made before my feet hit the floor in the morning 😄

As I said a couple of weeks back, international soccer is admittedly something I follow very loosely. I just don’t have a ton of interest, but it is Germany when we get down to it

He just said that intermediate to deep passes are something he would need to work on because those aren't his strong suit. Pretty fair assessment imo.

Should be an interesting battle.because it basically sounds like both QBs do well at what the other supposedly struggles with.

Germans never really have been able to sustain an offensive on Russian soil for long

You just won the internet for the off season.

Operation Barbarossa begs to differ though. Ironic that it began 77 years ago today.

Edit.
Began June 22. Oh well, same week anyway.

JG can throw the rockets. It's the ones he has to take velocity off the ball where he can get in his own head

And that’s why I have hope. Touch can be taught. I’d rather have him rein it in a bit than have to give more than he’s got.

Maybe. My concern is he is about 3 yrs removed from HS and it's still there. I get butch sucked but Guys like Fields, TL, Adrian Martinez were naturals at every throw in spring games without much coaching yet. It wasn't a challenge to them it was smooth whether it was short or deep or fast or soft. JG has a hitch where you just seen him trying hard to place it on ones requiring touch

You got any other footage of JG with real coaches? I could go back to his HUDL. I’m sure that doesn’t show any deep passes.

His slanted summary of the article about jg at the manning passing camp shows that he is unwilling to acknowledge anything positive about jg. We'll see this fall. I think jg will win the job and ball out.
