Looking for the source of this football coach quote

I don't remember the exact wording, but to paraphrase, a coach was describing a legendary coach they coached against and said he could beat you with his team, then give you his players, switch teams and beat you with your own players.

Does anyone know the coach they were talking about or where I can find the exact quote?

I think it may have been said in an interview.

It was Bum Phillips talking about Bear (I couldn't beat Neyland) Bryant. Here's the quote. If someone knows how to speak Texan (wife is from Texas), please translate for me....

"Bryant can take his'n and beat your'n, and then he can turn around and take your'n and beat his'n."

Then Houston Oilers coach Bum Phillips said this about Bear Bryant. Phillips coached Bryant at Texas A & M.
"Bryant can take his'n and beat your'n, and then he can turn around and take your'n and beat his'n."

The Bear said it about Gen. Neyland. Neyland never lost to the Bear.

Bear Bryant played at Alabama... and was at least 10 years older than Bum Phillips.

When Coach Billy Joe Tom Bob Parker headed up the Fightin' Possums he said he was lost out in the country, lookin' for a big strong lineman and saw this young man plowin' with a mule. Stopped and asked directions. When that boy picked up the plow and pointed it, he knew he had him a prospect. 😁

Jones would say something like "he's an outstanding leader of men. Actually, Phillips was as assistant under Bryant at Texas A&M.
