Mullen could end up being a reverse Ron Zook for Florida. Lasting 4-5 years because he wins 8 games a year but never beats anyone he shouldn't. Coaches up average talent but leaves the cupboard for the next coach bare and makes the job look less appealing

Meanwhile Florida is at 28th in the recruiting rankings

Our fans do appear to coach worship a lil more, I’ll give you that. Do you think maybe that’s impacted by the constant media that UT puts out pumping up the football coach despite his failures? I mean, they put a coach that hadn’t won crap on the Jumbotron last time around.

Yup it’s a pretty cool city. Best part is the weather. Heading to Victoria this morning and then Vancouver Monday

Victoria is a beautiful city. Loved the few days I spent there. Check out a bar called Churchill. It had 40+ taps of Craft beer IIRC. Nice place.

The sad part is you can probably get a 25 ranked recruiting class at UF filled with Florida athletes and still be one of the most athletic teams in the country. A Florida 3 star is similar to most 4 star Tennessee recruits from what I’ve seen.

I'd love to be able to say my head football coach has won 10 or more games for 7 years in a row, 3 playoff appearances, a national championship, 4 conference championships, and 6 division championships. Give me a break dude. I wonder how many times a day you'd be sharing Dabo dancing towards a national championship sign if he was Tennessee's coach. I'd put the over under at 57.

Because the job wasn't open. Shaw told him Costello is the QB and there wouldn't be a competition for it. costello was a top 3 QB and so was david Mills. its not like Chryst lost his spot to some scrub
