Down year in the east in 2009 as well. Vandy was all time bad. Every team besides Florida had 5 losses.

For some reason people remember us running clock vs Florida and bama and still losing and claiming moral victories.

There was 5 gimmes on that schedule. UCLA handed us the game on a silver platter to make six. We completely no showed for Ole Miss and our bowl game and we lost to an auburn teams home that finished 5th out of 6 SECW teams.

It’s always amused me that Vol fans never stopped making excuses for the guy who wrecked our program. 7 wins was an underachievement and that DC against the spread O was a complete mental mismatch.
