Not shocked. What’s blatantly clear to me is you have zero idea how to recognize sexual harassment in the workplace and if by some miracle it runs up and slaps you in the face and gets your attention you then have no idea how to deal with it.

This is sophisticated activity that was used by drug cartels I investigated years ago. The use of this method of communication in itself shows that Manafort knew he was doing something wrong and didn't want to be caught.
