I'll bet you don't even know how often those exercises are conducted nor what they entail. But you heard it on one of the liberal news sites and decided to parrot it here.

How is that promise any different from the denuclearization promise? Both are promises. None have technically been acted on yet. This is the basic formula to an agreement.. you agree and then over time, you act on your promises. This appears to be very complicated for you and Mick.

They know it may become reality and don't want to be on the wrong side of History. They are playing it safe but they will screw it up sooner or later. They always do.

Literally days apart, we have seen a stark dichotomy between the way this "leader" treats his allies (There is a special place in hell for Trudeau? Seriously?) versus adversarial dictators (including Putin - Trump suggested that Russia should be welcomed back to the 'G 8').
