That is what he said I think. IMO that is when the Manafort flip will or will not happen. I think he will come in before the deadline of "it don't look good".

As president, he gets to look beneath the covers. He's giving a preview of the incestuous corruption in previous administration. Pair these tweets with the fact that his IG just recommended indictments against former JD officials (cleaning out the corruption so corruption can be indicted?), and it appears the old regime may be in a world of hurt.
