I enjoy lifting. Last time I went on a health kick I tried to do all cardio and I always flabby. I think its good to have a balance of both. I do 3 days weights and 3 days cardio. Plus I don't get burned out on doing just straight cardio every day
Diet isnt bad.
Dont drink sodas not a lot of sugar. Im just a big guy.
I think 210 is where I need to be. I got to 198 before and everything hurt. Knees elbows ect.
I'm good with it. My thing now is just cutting body fat %. I've been going to the gym 3 days a week since March (mainly for lifting). I am finally starting to see results. Its been one hell of a slow process though.

I'm only 5'10 , so my ideal weight is actually 170. I would look sick at that weight lol. I feel like I am a skinny fat. Im only 186, but my body fat % is way to high. If I had any sense, I would have lifted while dieting.
183. I have no idea how because I ate terrible and had a lot of beer over the weekend. Need to get back in the gym. Only went twice last week. Down from 225 overall a year ago.
