#BoycottNRA

Wait, you mean there's actual video evidence of people carrying their firearms inside the NRA Convention?

I thought they were banned like Zep said. He was like totally right and we were wrong.

I'm so confused...

Not for their little pow-wow with El Presidente, comrade.

No. The secret service was in control of that area. It was their rules, not the nra.

Also guns were still allowed in the open convention area during the forum I believe. It was only just the separate building area that applied. The video goes into it at the very start. Could be wrong but I think that’s what he said.

Just going off of what you guys keep saying about "good guys with guns." Why can't they take them everywhere?

So you don’t get how private property can choose what takes place on their grounds? Or do you not understand how requesting a speaker may come with strings attached?

Yes, I understand that. But the NRA wants to arm all public places. Why will this solution not work for private areas as well. No need for the Secret Service to be there when there is an army of "good guys with guns."

Well at least it's more obvious now you know less about this issue than insurance and health costs, positive step. Congrats.

Edit.

"Upon further review. The call on the field is reversed"

That's not a positive step.

What's your take on UT football (assuming you re a fan)?

Praying

I actually don't advocate gun control, if you've ever read my responses in these threads (which you probably haven't, and that is cool). But I find it the definition of hypocrisy that the NRA would ban guns from their meet and greet with the president.

I'm not a NRA member and don't really care what they do or don't do. Watching the red ass grow with so many is funny tho. Especially when some claim to not advocate gun control.
