TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

hey hog. here is the delaying we said was going to happen.

why do they need a delay when this is open and shut?

And in another thread there is an article about Trump's lawyers and security clearances, something about Mueller's team can't discuss stuff with them because their clearances haven't been approved yet.

How quickly did Mueller get his team's clearances approved?

Oh Yeah? Who's above the law specifically?

The Clinton's, who else gets to have a lawyer present during GJ testimony? Who else gets to have another material witness (who was granted immunity) present during questioning by the FBI and allowed to destroy evidence?

Nope, that's why I asked if he was done doctoring.

Imagine LG's ire had an Obama or Clinton doctor released protected info or discussed their records.

They went to great lengths to hide Hillary's medical conditions during the election, so you are probably correct he would have thrown an extreme hissy fit.

Wow. So Mueller didn't create the questions for Trump... Trump's own team did... and then leaked the questions themselves to impugn Mueller. This scenario is spinning out of control crazy.

"...The Washington Post now reports the questions were compiled not by Mueller but by Trump’s own legal team, based on topics proposed by Mueller.

What’s more remarkable is that the leak came from Trump’s side, so that Trump could blame the leak on Mueller. “The president and several advisers now plan to point to the list as evidence that Mueller has strayed beyond his mandate and is overreaching,” two advisers tell the Post. The “disgraceful” leak was planted by Trump’s own staff — probably at the direction of Trump himself — in order to concoct evidence of wrongdoing by Mueller, in order to advance Trump’s claim that Mueller is supposedly setting him up. The Trumpian dishonesty we were all engaging with merely concealed more bad faith buried at a much deeper level."

Speculative garbage.

Ty Cobb leaving his position as White House lawyer.

I'm guessing he refused to do something unethical that Trump was demanding.

Still not the doctor's place to say anything about it.

That he did not actually write the letter?

I don't know. It might get him in trouble with the state licensing board to have signed a medical record he did not author. But one could just as easily view that as a confession by him, as opposed to an attack on a former patient.

By the way, dollars to doughnuts Trump didn't pay the bill.

It can be a form of a HIPAA violation. You know this.

I'd prefer the doughnuts. Preferably from Gourmet Donut up the street from my office.

Mini-cinnamon rolls for sure. Velvet red cake as well. The plain doughnuts melt in your mouth.

You're picking up the tab, I might as well make it worth my while.
