Great day with my family. Gorgeous day. Vol walk, o/w game dinner (& drinks for mom and dad. Lol) .

Lower bowl mostly full. Not what I wanted. But not awful. Y'all need to chill out. It was a very good day.

I personally don’t care if he comes off a certain way if he coached well .. we’ve had JOEY fresh water a slick guy with cute words , we’ve had a lawyer that talked about shower hygiene , I saved the best for last .. we just fire a car salesman that couldn’t end a sentence without the word individuals in it and embarrassed the whole program with that 5 star heart crap and out of all those you get mad cause he’s country ? Please .

I don’t need to be concerned about at least 106k consumers let alone those who watch from home... who by the way pay his paycheck through support and donation, but who cares I guess

Ive acknowledged plenty good, where you dont see it or dont ignore it doesnt make a difference to me. But lets be honest, there isnt alot of good to talk about, crappy team for a decade. Admin is a joke. Etc...yet by my estimation ive spent no less than 25k on vols stuff, games ect over the last 7-8 years, and somehow im the problem.
And again, id much rather be discussing how the team performed today. Noone seems to want to talk about that...which tells me its crap. Yipee.

Some years we've only had around 20,000. Today it looked closer to 50. Pruitt should just do what Butch Jones did and lie about how many people were there.

You’re not the problem, I’m not the problem, no fan is the problem... this is a debacle of a program right now, we did not look good today, had penalties... if we hadn’t at least we could claim we were diciplined, JG ran 30-40 yards up the middle of the defense “we would all love” which brought back nightmares of Pruitt in an Alabama hat and jalen hurts, our QB was sacked several times standing when they were touch only(how) and then the coach talks **** about a fan base that has already been run through a ringer for 10 years! That’s where I’m at

If he was terrible DC that couldn't stop a soft breeze he's not a HC here or anywhere else. It's the reason he got a chance. No different than pretty much any other great HC you can find. They all don't start as HCs and the good coordinators are the ones that get the shots. It's not always at a top program as a first but I don't remember the last mediocre to bad coordinator that got promoted.

That doesn't mean he's a great head coach or that he will be, but it is relevant in more ways than one.

With the Vol Walk and all, it's my understanding he was wanting to simulate game day.

By filling Neyland he was wanting to show the current players and visiting recruits that the fan base was still fanatics about Vol Football.

He gave it a good shot. Maybe next year. Depending on how good they play this fall maybe some more fans will jump back on the wagon.

Some gave all while others coasted.

Tennessee fans have been staunchly supporting their team for a hundred-plus years.

Pruitt hasn’t coached a single game yet.

Bad move to insult the fans.

Apparently Mark Richt couldn’t stand Pruitt and vice versa.

There’s another scool of thought , If your name is urban Myer and your boy Star qb is leaving you and all the stuff you swept under the rug is about to come out , you fake bad health and take a job with ESPN until you find your next gig .
