Semi-cool story, bro:

I was in Portugal last week with my wife for my 60th b'day (where have the years gone?!). We had dinner with some good friends that minister to drug addicts and during the course of the conversation they mentioned that their 2nd cousin plays QB for Stanford. They then asked me if I'd ever heard of Keller Chryst! They don't follow football too closely in their line of work so I, of course, filled them in on his new home. GBO is everywhere!

Mark Webb UGA projected starting corner carted off at UGA practice today. Big potential loss but probably have plenty of players behind him the way they have recruited

They had so many things go their way last year. Factoring in all they lost and then just pure football/life is why i have them going 10-2

Would have been a cool story even if you had stopped at “I was in Portugal last week”.

Happy bday

If Webb is out for the season, it'll hurt. DB was already a question mark after losing seniors Dom Sanders, Aaron Davis, and Malkom Parrish. Then Divaad Wilson, who was an early enrollee expected to be a big contributor, tore his ACL earlier this spring. With big questions about DL depth, and the loss of experience in the secondary and LB, our defense has some problems.

Yeah... I’m sure so many problems. You have our unreserved pity from the Summit

UGA lost a lot of important pieces on both sides.

I have high expectations for the offense. I seem to recall you're not too high on Fromm, but I watched every game several times and he's very good IMO. It may sound odd, but I don't think RB will be an issue at all, despite losing Chubb and Michel. Other than a new RT, I really don't have any concerns about talent or depth on offense, barring a rash of injuries.

Defense, however, will be a work in progress.

dang sounds like you may not be as lucky with injury bug as last yr. got plenty of talent coming in though

RB definitely won’t be a problem. Swift is a special talent and there are plenty of other solid options behind him (especially if zamir White is fully recovered from his ACL injury)

It’s not that I’m not high on Fromm. I just don’t think he was asked to do much of anything for that offense. He will have to do a lot more this year if you all are going to have a season like last year.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but you have to replace both starting RBs, two starting OL including LT. and top WR?

They wont get back to the playoffs this year. Clemson and Bama are by far the best two teams.
