See this kind of hot take is why people are afraid to get excited about their team. I agree that we should win at least 6 and I think we're closer to 8 and that should be the bare minimum we should expect at Tennessee. 8 wins is not even what I would consider a good season. But I would understand if we do worse. I would be upset but I know the circumstances aren't ideal and 6 or less is entirely possible. But saying things like if Pruitt doesn't win at least 6 in his first year as a head coach then he isn't the answer is short-sided and detrimental to the fanbase. I say detrimental because people who say it, keep repeating it until it spreads to more fans to repeat until it becomes this narrative that puts undue pressure on the program and becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. It's one thing to lower your expectations to avoid disappointment from getting excited only to be let down but that statement was a bit much. IMO

yep. i think Wilhoite is the one with the biggest target on his back, followed by, Woodi Washington? i'm not sure they'd be upset if Knox went elsewhere.

it's just lazy. that's all. and should be easily dismissed as fodder.

I recall suggesting Crosby to OL before spring and had some jump on me for suggesting it. I wasn't suggesting he would bust at DL just was thinking the kid was a big body we don't have one Ol who is actually pretty athletic for his size as shown in his highlights playing RB. good to see he is open to it.

Don't frequent those things so the only time I see it is when it is brought over here. I still think it was overblown but so was Butch it turned out so.... here we are.
