Yep - Italian sausage peppers and escarole - I knew about that tilipia because my dad used to have it all the time til his Dr said no more of that and gave a list of fish he should eat

Went to a local place after church today that was a country buffet. Chicken, dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans and fish. Just finished my kids leftover steak from yesterday.

So this was last night. An early bday dinner if you will. My favorite spot in VA Beach, Chick’s Oyster Bar. I’ve been all over the East Coast, and these are the best crab cakes you’ll find.
