If Greer didnt return i would really like our chances against them. I think its 50:50. They literally have nothing to go off of. We have all spring/summer/fall to watch and prepare for them. Them openening as +8 was wayyyy too much
I personally think we look pretty good at WR, safety and linebacker relative to the recent past. DL is ok as well I think. OL and CB seem to be a disaster, though.
I fear Greer will feast on our secondary. Pruitt wont be able to pressure him as much as he would like if the secondary doesnt come toghether in this scheme. Tough first game to play.
I think we can put up some points though. Wont be surprised with a 35-31 type game.
South Carolina is debatable but i think mud champ is an awful coach so it probably evens things out
We have outrecruited them every year except 2018 during this roster span. They were one spot ahead of us in 2018, with one more four star barely putting them ahead. On paper, we have the more talented roster. Muschamp got more out of his talent than Butch, but that shouldn't be the case from now on.
Looks like they wouldn't enjoy having other teams cleatmarks on their faces...quitters.
Coaching is why we went 4-8, not talent. Players gave up after the coaches did.
I see what youre saying but spurrier put in a great foundation and muscahmp has good talent eval so Im just assuming thy have better players right now. Doesnt mean at all they should or will beat us.
