#BoycottNRA

A lot of people are posting in here like compromise is inherently good and someone is inherently wrong for refusing to compromise. There are MANY issues on which compromise is a horrible thing! For those of you crying because no one will compromise with you, it's your job to convince people that your planned direction is the right direction before lambasting people for not moving in it.

They know they have no valid argument and it’s already failed before to have any real impact (FAWB1994) thus they must paint us as the bad actor and demonize our stance for them to have any chance.

But we started asking for everything and we've watered it down......

Bingo! That's the problem. Like it or not compromise is one of building blocks that built this country, extremism is a cancer upon it.

This is an odd notion. Our country literally began because of extremism. Young radicals who risked their lives because compromise with the Crown was no longer palatable. The Civil war was based on extreme position which both sides could not compromise.
Agreements can be helpful. I would rather compromise than risk my life or go to war. But all of us have non-negotiables which we aren't willing to dilute. Safety & security is difficult to negotiate.
