Guy is and always has been a tool bag that our entire fan base saw right through.

Something we should always remember....The national media is filled with stooges like Wolken. Don't ever let these pencil neck geeks with a twitter account and a journalism degree tell you how to be a fan of your team.

Reading through the RTI breakdown.

I remember Basilio saying that when Currie went rogue nobody could find him and they actually started thinking that he may have offed himself.

Looks like that was legit.

What happened next was the final nail in the coffin for Currie.

Currie, in a panic apparently, went on a flight from Raleigh out to meet with Leach. Only he didn’t tell Davenport or anyone on the Board of Trustees about his decision to fly out and meet with Leach. Currie went off the grid for six hours, and when he finally landed he was flooded with texts concerned about where he had gone.

“Have we confirmed that John is safe?” Raja Jubran, vice chairman of UT’s Board of Trustees, asked.

“Lots of people worried about your whereabouts,” Reid Sigmon, Currie’s executive associate AD, texted.

Currie finally replied, “I’m fine,” before adding, “I’m still alive.”

Another thing of note in all this mess....

I remember Basilio saying a while back that he had people telling him that the Brohm deal never happened. Like it was a complete farce.

Reading through this thing and there was zero communication with Brohm per the RTI report.

I have a theory on this but I've gotta tease it out in my mind first.

This is the most interesting day in a while.

Good distraction from being awful at football and our basketball team screwing up a golden opportunity. This currie stuff is gold.
