Started whole 30 and joined a gym. I'm not upset with the weight, but my body fat % is a little ridiculous. I'm hoping to build muscle before memorial day. Cant weigh for the month either
I was 185 last week (I wasn't supposed to weigh). I started hitting the gym heavier and taking a round of creatine, so I hope to put on muscle weight. I started at 228 I believe a year ago this month.
