Who was that poster who used to tell the story about Fulmer making a deal with the shadow man down by the river after the Syracuse game? I’m starting believe we really made a deal with the devil in 98.

Did the same and I disagree. Saw no indication of a touch after Williams touch. Just have to agree to disagree.

I hate losing. I know this was an incredible over achieving team, and only one team wins it all in this tournament (plus we had to play against a nun) but I still hate this feeling.

I will get over it, but my heart is broken.

Proud of this team. Today was just more fuel for next season. Two quality back-ups at PG and C away from doing real damage if the officiating will allow it. Would hate for them to be honest in lieu of the media's narrative.

Like I said in BB thread. It’s just depressing after being garbage at everything for so many years. I just want to win. We also get made fun of constantly. Probably doesn’t happen as much in the state of TN

These games down the stretch have made me a nervous wreck, starting with the UGA game. They’ve all been excruciating.

Hate we lost but this the am has a lot to be proud of and a bright future. SEC Champs. Hanging a banner.

I would agree accept for three things,

1. There's little to nothing to discuss football wise this time of year.

2. While this is the "football talk" thread, there are many off topic stuff discussed here. Much more off topic than TN basketball.

3. There is a whole forum dedicated to all things UT football. Why not go over there instead of doing it here in the recruiting forum?

The basketball discussion is fine tonight. There’s no need to justify it any further. Off topic is nothing new.

Spring practice soon though!
