I went in Dicks one time when I was looking at kayaks. They had one like I was looking for, problem was a handle was missing and there was some serious scrapes down one side. I showed it to the guy working in the department, he said he could offer me 10% off the kit to replace the handle. Lols. Bought it at Academy for cheaper. I think that’s the last time I went in one.

Yep! And they don’t even read their own spam as Walmart was mentioned in the article. Walmart used to be a large firearms retailer. But of the hand full of times I’ve walked by their gun counter and looked in recent years there were literally zero firearms I wanted to even consider.

So before you guys finally read the article and come back with you latest epiphany yep we know Walmart was in there too! Don’t care!

I went to Dicks to buy a kayak and after 30 minutes and 4 or 5 people had to walk out. They couldn't/wouldn't get the dang thing down for me to buy. Dicks has the worst customer service.

Once I realized I couldn't make my legs move in circles and run 200mph, it dawned on me that I shouldn't attempt anything I saw in a cartoon. I didn't need some easily offended snowflake (or whatever passed for one in the '70s) to tell me that.
