So let’s talk about this (Nidal)shooting for a minute. You have a concentration of highly skilled weapons experts whom are DISARMED by regulation (you only bear arms on a military base if you have a specific duty reason to do so I believe) and thus creating a gun free zone and voila one nut job takes a bunch of them out even!!

In a sense, this encapsulizes a lot of things we are seeing these days, including the election of Trump. The people that would do this -- show up as a couple with AR-15s to be "blessed" by some wacko cult leader as though they are the rod of God from Revelations shows just how far the mainstream of 50 years ago is now so far out of whack with reality.

There are people whose social and intellectual development has been arrested in a 1950s America. Even an 1850s America, where they cling to an overly romanticized vision of how important they are. Them and their dying breed of redneck values.

Funny thing is, they'll bemoan the way that society has changed and how they are honoring the way "things used to be" and how they have the moral highground, but they'll ***** on the way home to their wives about how they checked and the cable company still hasn't updated the wifi speed at home.

Its all such a fraud. Like this ceremony.

My stockpile right now is one ammo type. I had started buying some other types but same manufacturer, Federal. it aint cheap but I aint at the range every day.

I am used to GVs ribbing. I got the gun I was looking for, FAL, for what I was wanting to do, kill people. I mean shoot at the range and kill trees, yeah, lets go with the second thing.

I can honestly barely keep my blood lust in check now that I have it whispering in my ear every night.

If you admit you can't stop 1 person, then what makes you think you can stop an large unknown number when they are fine breaking the law?

Your bans aren't stopping potential future shooters. They're just restricting people that were never a threat to begin with.

Honest question. The state legislature is made up of citizens elected by the states voters right? And those legislators, elected by the people of the state, shot down the bill by a 2:1 ratio. So could one infer that the people shot that down as a whole or nah those leglislators weren’t elected by the people.

It would depend on how much gerrymandering took place.
States that have a large repub. majority in the state house often times have more dem. voters statewide.

They let a Dem. win his district 80% to 20% and created three adjoining districts that the repubs. carry 52% to 48%. Repubs have a 3 to 1 ratio over the dems in the state legislature even though there were more dem. votes cast in those 4 districts. ]

There way of manipulating the majority vote....because we all know how the majority votes.....increasingly so.
