Mass shooting of the week, high school in parkland, FL.

So your the kind of guy that would rob someone if not for fear of being shot? Of course you're not. But it sure does sound tuff. I do believe a lot of gun love has roots in the Napoleon complex.

I said this in response to the hysterically funny running joke by many of you about coming over to take my stuff because sense I have no gun in the house I would obviously be unable to defend myself.

And you try to twist it as I am the one doing the attacking of other posters. Some superb mental gymnastics you guys have going on there.

I can handle all the "good natured" attacks and name calling you guys sling my way. But any type of return is met with feigned indignation. The bully on the play ground syndrome. Not to be confused with the Napoleon Complex even though there is plenty of overlap.

I guess the solution is to just not go anywhere right?
Or live in fear. Whatever. I think that is the point of this whole back and forth. luther and the Dimwits want to get rid of guns and what they don't acknowledge is that killers gonna kill. It is human nature to find a way around the laws or regulations or whatever roadblock is in place. Just like the border wall. A physical wall is a waste of time effort and money. As soon as it is built, there will be holes to be plugged.

I don’t think guns should be banned but they should be more difficult to attain. If they’ll do nothing about that then put metal detectors across all schools and big traffic places. It’s better than standing around doing nothing

Oh you want to play the victim card now?! Oh HELL no! That option flew the coop many pages ago.

First off I feel I need to state this. Luther I am not coming for you stuff. That is unlawful and well mean. Neither is SCV and he stated that earlier even though I goaded another reply out of him. Neither of us are coming for your stuff.

We are not twisting jack. Your primary ploy is attack the poster! Insinuate I’m a nut thru the label gun nut, etc.. and unless you can prove it you just slandered me by labeling me a menace to society by claiming I am three times more likely to commit a violent act with a weapon. So I implore you if you believe that you have a civil duty to report me ESPECIALLY in light of recent events. You need to act on that if you believe it.

Luther YOU are the bully with your oppressive ideology on gun control as far as I’m concerned.

And you continue with ad hominem attacks as that is your ONLY play as you have no logical basis for debate!

YOU are the problem here Luther! YOU!!

You wanna cast you lot with your own ad hominem attack against us in this? Go for it.

You just said that I’m 3 times more likely by your expert opinion to commit violent acts with a weapon based on your observations in this thread. Wanna expand and make that stick?

Lighten up. Let me clarify, I am not referencing the increase in the propensity to commit a violent act in these studies, nor am I am inferring that every poster in this thread fits the profile to a T. But these studies do confirm various things like a lack of self-esteem, being jilted by a girlfriend, anger, social awkwardness, as well as compensating for other things. Again, of course not every poster has these specific traits - most simply have guns for protection or sport.

I’m open to discussion about increased background checks as long as the fidelity in the result is there. I know people that get the CHL to ease gun show transactions. I think that’s a dumb reason due to the legal liability it opens up but it’s their choice.

I’m not opposed to more metal detectors but for a persistent attacker the 3D printed gun scares the hell out of me. I’m not saying no I’m saying is it the right technology?

A lot of kids were murdered the other day with the thing you’re defending so what’s your point?

Its fairly obvious what I'm saying. You want to continue to come down on guns and their owners. I am simply showing you how hypocritical it is based on babies being ripped out of the womb just because of "Muh body".

Fair enough. Thanks for clarifying. Attitude withdrawn.
