I'll take somebody who will move across the world to chase opportunity over somebody who was born, lived, and died in Eufala, Alabama.

Who is the better worker, the guy who is happy with $5/hr and is getting $12 or the guy who is getting $15 and thinks he deserves $20 for just showing up?
