The Bruce era was magical. I've tried to not comment because I'm a realist. It was a great ride, but it's over. Hopefully, the calls for Bruce will finally fade. A small part of me will never stop saying BBB, but I can control it and keep it to myself- 99% of the time. I hope everyone learns to do the same. I've said it before, Bruce is like the first girl you loved - You never really stop loving her, but that doesn't mean you don't love your wife. BRING ON RICK BARNES.

Before this one slips off page one of the forum I'd like to know at what point will it be appropriate to bump the thread. If the Vols are not in the NCAA in March 2016 will it be too soon? 2017? Surely if we're not there by 2018 it'll be okay. I hope Barnes can do here what he did at Texas although I think it'll be a lot harder to recruit to Knoxville but if he doesn't there's always this thread waiting like a cicada in the ground.

I planned on bumping it after each loss....is that too much?

If we get in the NCAAT in 2016, I'll be happier than SD having a picnic with Tyndall.
