I'm not sure if I can buy this story. If Iran really had their hands in dealing drugs, the Americans would have been all over that. Not just because they are enemies of the Saudis and allegedly using the proceeds for arms, but the CIA would have jumped in because they are cutting in on their main revenue stream.

None of this really makes sense unless this is an attempt to demonize Iran. And really... Iran and cocaine? What about the US and the boom in opioids since 9/11 in this country?

Oh, man, Fox is loving this. I have flipped through the channel or had it on here and there in the car and its all they are talking about. It has even displaced bashing Mueller and the FBI as big topics.

I'm kind of surprised Trump hasn't just gone off on this, himself. They are probably trying to explain it to him, let's face it, it's pretty complicated stuff.

But really, when you come down to it, all you have to do to keep the minions in line is say Iran bad, Iran deal bad, Obama bad, ignore all of the legitimate reasons why an actual sophisticated administration might try to juggle all of these priorities, and imply that Obama is a Muslim terrorist sympathizer.

I mean, that ploy seems to be working well here on VN.

I said in my first response I didn't think there was any good. also not worried with how it might be bad. if its what the host nation wants, its what they want.
