He'll I would rather have lane kiff. At least you know what you got. Very good on offense, hell that's what we needed, I love my cold, but I guess I will be busy on Saturdays from now on

You guys are ridiculous. If your into facts this isn’t a bad hire. He’s proven st multiple programs. The best thing you can do is give it s chance. If not we didn’t need you in the stands anyway. The only reason it’s a bad hire is if you were in fantasy land thinking we were getting a grudenish hire. It’s no splash, but he could do great things here.

After the chit show we’ve given this country for the past few weeks, this is a good hire for us. You people need to look around at the dumpster fire were sitting in the middle of. Very few would take the challenge of putting this mess back together.

I wanted Gruden too, but I can get behind this. Hell of a lot better off than we would’ve been of it was Steele or Tucker. At least Pruitt has been part of several winning teams. I’ll reserve judgement and hope a strong OC is named (whether it’s Tee or not, and I hope it is but I just don’t see him coming to work for another coordinator), and just move forward in support at this point.

I’ve checked every rival message board and Clemson’s. Nobody is laughing at this hire. The Georgia board was the best. They say he’ll fix our defense real quick and fear he’ll raid their staff and recruits. Dilly dilly!

Exactly. This is a bigger hire than many on here are thinking right now

I got Bama friends (sad to say but ya know lol) that hate to lose this guy. Said this is huge for us compared to the last few hires

Basilio had a guest on his show who said Pruitt is a football coaching prodigy. He apparently installed a defense for a local high school at age 19. And of course, he’s one hell of a recruiter.

Unfortunately, most of my friends outside of UT are Bama fans. Sick of losing to them. I sympathize.

Yeah, I guess I don't have an opinion yet. I just woke up to news of it being a done deal and that doesn't seem to be the case. Not saying it's not true, I have no idea!

I am not aware of an official announcement from UT has been made. Expect that today. They are going to want to have him your for recruiting this weekend. Otherwise they may reschedule till next weekend. We have at least 5 official recruits maybe as many as 12 unofficially.

I'm hanging there with you, Sara. I get that all the reports are there, but we signed, what, a thousand coaches last week alone according to these people?

I'm probably just sticking my head in the sand, but the view is much better there so I'll think I'll stay until there is a press conference.

And, I’m still “proud as heck” of our Vol Nation for how we united last week. Even if all of us don’t agree or like the new hire whether it’s Pruitt or not, we do need to unite in support more at this point now than any time before, I beleive.
