did he not say he wouldn't be back to discuss the coaching search last Friday after PF took the helm?

maybe I'm imagining things but can't remember with all that's been said the last few days

Can we just roll out a coach in a wrestling mask. If he looses a game, the opposing coach can unmask them on the 50. Could be Gruden, could be Dooley.

Freeze has to sit out first 2 conference games if he was to be a HC. Not so as a assit. Penalty's handed down Fri by NCAA

Here's the thing about a mystery candidate:

Possibility No. 1: It's somebody super awesome! (Obviously, I think we're all hoping for this.)

Possibility No. 2: They've finally pulled their head out of their ass and realized that if they're going to get any hire that isn't an A1 obvious grand slam through, they're gonna have to make sure that his name isn't leaked beforehand so that people aren't melting down on here and on Twitter while they're trying to set up the deal.

We can respectfully agree to disagree and no ill intent was meant from my conversation. You’re clearly a smart guy, and as all of this was transpiring I found enjoyment and validity in your explications even if I didn’t agree with the ultimate result. It’s been a fun ride, but my mental health has suffered enough through the ups and downs and I personally saw too much evidence snowballing in one direction to hold on any longer. That being said, we all basically knew what we signed up for by going on this journey again, and if somehow our Hail Mary is caught in the end zone as the clock hits zero, I will undoubtedly be back groveling with a smile on my face.
