I think Gruden is still in play. If he said no to something in the deal, we might be trying to work that out. I’m encouraged by the calm down gif. I’m putting some faith in UTPaulVol. That being said, it won’t be hard to figure out who he is if in fact he is trolling us. I choose to believe he is not.

I see where Fisher has intrest. Let me say this as a PSL holder for the Titans, he knows how to coach and yes he has an ego. He is a close to the vest guy and needs someone to talk back to him like Floyd Reese. Is that person at UT ????

He is a players coach to a fault but is a GREAT game day manager. He has connections all over the country and is well repected in the NFL by many (he was the chairman of the committee and longest tenured NFL coach at one time.
He was also a .500% winning record in the NFL. Most college coaches have never been .500% in the pros including Saban.

Now all that being said I do not think he would be a fit in Knoxville because he would have nobody to hold him back and he thinks he can take people with a questionable past and reform them aka PacMan. He also has a hard time keeping them inline with the program, so I just don't see it.

Who are you thinking? I don’t have a clue. Only one I thought was Kacy Rodgers. He was in NYC and is a former player. Gruden turned it down according to a lot of people. There’s as much smoke around Pruitt as there was around Gruden, Schiano and Brohm.

honestly, I think he would dominate at college level with fisher ball. fits fulmers style too. pound the rock, stout azz defense. other than that I have no opinion other than I could get behind it before most of the names that's been floated in this coaching search
