It's funny that people thought Currie ran a tight ship with no leaks. Big Phil got this **** locked tighter than a frog's ass.

I've let them believe for so long. Hell, even I was believing for a time (a good bit of it actually). But for them to be sitting here with mountains of evidence saying 'X' or 'Y' could be the new coach, they're going into this deep state of denial where every bit of evidence MUST be some "smokescreen" or "cover up" for what's "really going on"; where they think that Gruden is 100000% the coach and the rest of this is just Fulmer assembling a staff for Gruden (which is lol) or "formalities because Gruden is already HC".

I'm helping them, if anything, because they need to understand and begin dealing with the fact that it ISN'T Gruden. This way, maybe they can save themselves some pain and heartbreak when Gruden isn't the one walking up to the podium.

Im going to post this so a few people will see it and then delete it so if it isn't Gruden, I can say that I tried to tell everyone.
And if it is Gruden, I can say someone told me it wasn't Gruden but then I got a call saying it was so I deleted my post...

And prior to that he tried to lower everyone’s expectations with an escape clause saying its 50/50. Lol. Soon it will be, “things broke down in the 11th hour.” Give me a break. His act is beyond old. Sadly I fell for it at first.

Im not doubting Atlanta Vol at all. I am new here and can see he has the respect of so many. I am just curious as to what he has said in the past that came true to gain everyone's trust?

Much of it is based on what he does for people on here, large donations to things like "gofundme" requests, sending families to the games with KILLER seats, etc.

It's not really about what he has predicted, he doesn't really predict. He says he owes an allegiance to the University and the AD (whoever that might be at the time)...it's really what he's done for VN. He gave BIG to a member who's daughter needed a serious operation, and he gave away over 100 tickets to the LSU game...also made some calls to get one of our members the VIP experience when UPS didn't get the tickets to her in time.

Pruitt following UT athletics, players, recruits on twitter. Plane from Knoxville to NY (for HOF induction for PM), to Birmingham, back to Knoxville. It's over boyos. Pruitt is our next head coach.

He only tweeted once. I admit that I have his tweets set with notifications so I would’ve seen one saying “Gruden said no” even if he deleted it immediately after. The only thing he recently tweeted and then deleted was “well that was beyond disappointing”.

If it’s not Gruden who gives a ****. I mean come on. Pruitt would be an amazing hire if he brings Tee with him. Let Tee build his offensive staff and build a sickening Defensive staff. Pruitt could have taken HC gigs while he was at FSU this guy has been on the radars for 3 to 4 years as a HC candidate. He decided to patiently go learn from Saban for 2 year before getting his dream job. You all do realize he went to Bama to get the BIG one! He is looking at UT as the BIG one. He is going to get a top 10 College HC gig. He is only going to win more championships at UA. He has been around the coaching world and with some DAMN good coaches. He is an EXCELLENT recruiter (one of the best in the Country!) this is us hitting Home Run! Wake up Vols fans. This is an excellent hire for where we were. Better than any of the other candidates besides Gundy thrown at us.
