I don't do twitter. Help me out here. There are two different tweets being posted. Why are the numbers by th he heart different yet time is the same? Can you edit a tweet?

You can't edit a tweet on Twitter. The numbers by the heart can be different. The tweet saying Gruden is coming is a fake. Someone Photoshopped a real tweet he sent to say that.

Hard for me to believe that Phil would hire a 100% bammer to lead this team when there are so many other good potential hires out there, even some with orange blood.

Pruitt arguably has the best resume of any coordinator out there. I would rather have head coach experience but 3 out of 4 in the playoffs had no previous hc experience. The people that were ok with Venables, should be ok with Pruitt.

I wanted Gruden too, badly. But having looked at VQ, Twitter, and Reddit, it’s pretty easy to see the signs point to Pruitt. I’m sure some won’t be happy about it. But personally I like the hire. I guess we will see for certain tomorrow. Just manage your expectations if you haven’t already.

You can photoshop anything you want, even better, you can edit the source of anything you want and have it display on your screen. Looks much more natural that way.

If they trot Pruitt out there as HC I'm gonna be so damn mad. For a while. Then I'll find a way to rationalize it, and I'll get excited when the season is coming up. Read every glowing practice report. Then go through another 13 weeks of pure torture. This is my life.

You’re a Vol. As am I.

We find ways to rationalize and validate our football coaches. We support until we don’t. Then we riot.

I can get behind Pruitt. But the sad thing is, whomever our coach is turns out to be, I’ll find a way to get behind him because it’s not an option to not be a vol fan. It’s just in my bones.

Like I said earlier, what if the “get of the toilet” was directed at someone other than Gruden? Could he be referencing someone else holding things up?

Or

Was he in fact referencing Gruden and the fact he never did anything celebratory a sign it didn’t go through?

Suit

The suit could mean Gruden is a done deal?

It could mean it’s time to move on (for the fact he’s buttoning the jacket, which you only do when you’re getting up to leave).

It could mean it’s time to “suit up” or “get ready” meaning there’s going to be a lot of news flying around.

It could of simply meant they were done with interviews for the day and everyone was getting ready for the show.

It could mean more candidates are getting ready to be interviewed.

Didn’t UTPaulVol tell us to put on our seatbelts and helmets cause it was gonna get crazy? Wonder if he knew they would be letting out all these different rumors? In hindsight, I think he let us know this would be the case. As for the toilet, I got the poop it get off the pot vibe and with my rose colored glasses, I took the suit to mean it was done.
