Remember not that long ago, everyone saying Fulmer was set in his ways and will never change? We have to fire him because the game has passed him by and he won’t hire coaches who will outshine him.

Well it looks like those years out of the game didn’t change him. It’s the good ole boy network all over again.

He almost completely tarnished his career in the end. If he hires Steele and we are awful, I’m afraid Phil will have lost all of his TN NC luster.

Here's a question: do we even have enough quality assistants or coordinators to fill out a staff? I'm guessing with settling on Steele we are essentially praying that we hope to fill out the staff with a strong support staff....can Steele (wretch) attract those types of coaches?
