But is it possible for a man to learn skills needed to be a head coach if his first run at it was like 15 years ago? Just because he stunk it up at Baylor a long time ago doesn't mean he learned nothing between now and then.

PLEASE NOTE: I'm not advocating for Steele, I just don't know if he's as bad as his 4 year record. I'd definitely rather have Morris or Venables or Tucker for that matter.
