‘08 Browns - 20th (23rd the prior year)
‘09 Jags - 28th (24th the prior year)

‘13 Bears - 25th (1st the prior year)

If he can't handle pressure then being our head coach when none of us want him in that position isn't going to be good for his health. Almost seems cruel to do that to him.

I'm sure all the other candidates are pleased that Steele is in the running. That way when one of them is hired and the fanbase isn't too enthused there will be a collective chorus of "Well at least we didn't hire Steele."

Hard to read into NFL rankings, in the NFL if you don't have the right players it doesn't really matter how good of a DC you are. Gotta have the horses.

I think Leach may be on the Autism Spectrum, my son is and after watching some of his videos I can definitely see it being the case.

I would love to have him as a coach. The players say he is calm in very stressful situations and he can flat out coach.

Tucker checks a lot of boxes for me. Head coach in the NFL (even if interim). Associate Head Coach under Saban at Bama. Kirby's first DC at Georgia.

I know to some he would be a "Google" coach, but he has been on the big stage a few times. To me, that makes him better than someone who had a good year at EKU.

No, they weren't. We didn't hire the guy.

The reason we didn't hire the guy was some combination of fan outrage on social media, as well as former players, influential boosters, and state legislators making their voices heard.

It sure as hell wasn't because a bunch of pansies on VolNation were whining about it.
