Morris
Venables
Pruitt

Would all be great hires imo.

Please no Pruitt. Don’t really want a Bama grad and long-time Bama assistant. If he loses here, it sucks. If he wins here, he leaves for Bama. Either way, he probably gets into trouble while here.

Petersen: Fulmer should win National Recruiter of the Decade

Venables: Hell yeah, best DC in the country, has basically been recruiting the same areas we do. Let's ride GBO

Morris: I've been high on this guy for a while now. We'd need to get him a good defensive staff, but he'd probably give us a competent offense year one and have us humming offensively by 2019.

Miles: Past his prime, but can probably build a solid SEC staff and get us back to being 3rd in the East. Hopefully he brings Tee along.

Pruitt/Tucker: Same view on these guys basically. Good DCs and should do well recruiting. Let's see what they do.

Steele: Has done maybe the best work of his career since he got to Auburn, but this guy isn't an SEC HC. I won't bother getting up for any of those early games if he's our HC. Being a Vols fan overseas isn't worth it if I know there's no hope. If he brings Tee I wouldn't loathe it. But I'd still dislike it.

Brown: Woah woah woah I though Johnny Majors was the drunk, not Phillip Fulmer. Why even continue having a football program at this point?

Going off Brice’s 3 names:

Highest Ceiling - Pruitt

Highest Floor- Morris

Venebles in the middle for me.

Pruitt having the lowest floor to me.

I just don't understand how Steele is even a possibility. Like someone said earlier, if he wasn't a former Vol, he wouldn't even be considered. Like how do we even entertain the idea of him becoming a HC. The guy has an absolute terrible record as a HC. I can't help but laugh at the idea that this might actually happen. I am losing my mind.

I don't either. Really I don't even think he should even be a candidate for DC. His track record is not good.

Pruitt is the best recruiter out of all of them and has been involved with great coaches and championships. He knows what it looks like.

Isn’t he basically a defensive Kiffin, though? A total mercenary who won’t be here for long and could bring trouble to town when he comes.

Sanders was on the staff of a national title team and called the plays in the title game. It made all the sense in the world to promote from within.

It was a disaster. It is a sign of bad judgement to do something you know isn't right because a few perceive its the right thing to do. He should've known Sanders wasn't a good replacement

Did you hear Price's interview on midday 180 today? He said Fulmer would revisit that after the buyout went down but didn't really go into detail.

Please trot me Brohm over Kevin

Hadn’t heard this yet. Would love for Fulmer to revisit this. Wasn’t there something over the weekend that said Brohm took his name out of the running though? Can’t remember what exactly was said but I remember something along those lines.

I wouldn't put him on Kiffin's level.

But yeah, the amount he's hopped around is a red flag. If he has some success here and then someone like FSU or LSU comes calling, I'd be super nervous.

At the same time, I do really like his upside. He's been a part of multiple Championship/playoff staffs. Likely knows what it takes

It went sour without a doubt but there were some very good times with Sanders. He just couldn't get it done with that last set of Qbs.

I tried to brainwash the FF into trusting Fulmer as I knew I couldn't do that with you guys. you guys need to know that the response is they are going to protest any hire not named Peterson.

This fan base makes me sick.
