You know....it just don't work out and never will especially now. I wanted him to...and thougbt there was good information he would. Everyything has turned to **** and unfortunately we are not an elite job anymore like we though. Les with akiller staff is the best we can gope for.

Serious question. Whats with all the secrecy and "smoke screens" all the time when it comes to UT coaching searches? Why does everyone think that every bit of information that comes out about UT coaching searches is a smoke screen? If 90 percent of the information that comes out from the AD and the local sports media is false, or not false but serving the job of "hiding whats really going on".... my question is why? Whats the point of making the media and fanbase think you're trying to interview and consider a certain group of coaches when you're not? What is the point of all this secret stuff? Why would you not just come out and publicly say "These are the coaches that are at the top of the list. These are the guys we are looking at"? I dunno.. I want Gruden but all these fan made conspiracy theories about why they aren't saying Gruden and why they arent saying we at least contacted him just makes no sense. I could very well be wrong and maybe I just don't understand the reason why you would ignore the fanbase wanting Gruden and all the Grumors and not one time say anything about Gruden. Can anyone help me understand what the point of being so secretive is? I really want him. He is my number 1.

When you're making 6.5 mil a year you kinda live a certain kind of lifestyle. At the thought of that coming to an end, 10 mil or more (endorsements, bonuses, etc) looks pretty effing good. Plus to those that say he's going to the NFL highest paid Bill Belicheck 7.5 mil, Nick Saban
11.125 mil. Hmmmmmm what would you do? They say money ain't everything but is an excellent motivator.
