Fulmer talking to Miles

Yes.

Kiffin scares programs off because of his actions.

Programs are literally uninterested in Miles. He doesn't exist in the college football world.

So the question then is... if they hire someone besides Kiffin will you be onboard?

They won't be hiring Kiffin. If I were Fulmer I would not be hiring the man who replaced me, went 7-6 before bolting to SC and leaving us with our pants down for the next decade. I think Gruden has a better chance.

Kiffin has proved nothing as a HC at the big stages of football.

His actions isn’t the only reason programs are not going after him.

Stop with the BS.

So who’s your coach now? You changed your avi again so who’s your flavor of the week now?

Kiffin ain’t responsible for Dooley and Butch years.

I would absolutely take this with the combo of...

HC- Les Miles
OC- Tee Martin (AHC)
DC- Kevin Steele

Sprinkle in some other VFLs and great recruiters and let’s roll.

I hope we don't end up with Miles. I could see Fulmer being sympathetic to an older championship winning coach that got fired, though.

Honestly think the game passed Miles by years ago.

How is getting a coach no one else wants, gold?

Though I'm not a coach, I bet coaches let their agents know what they are interested in and what they are not, when vacancies become available and vise versa with AD's. Point is we may not always see the intricacies of these coaching searches.

Hey Miles has Big 🏈🏀! I have a lot of respect for him. He's a class act and a hell of a coach. If this brings Tee and Cheif or Steel this is My gold!

Les as HC. Tee as OC and Assoc. HC. Steele as DC if Gus goes to Arky. We might salvage the recruiting class, win 7 or 8 games next year and compete for the East in 2019.

Oregon literally just produced a Miles type record.

Les did nothing after Saban's recruits were gone.

That is ignorant. Les Miles and LSU won the SEC in 2011 (including a win over Alabama coached by Saban). 2011 was Les Miles 7th season at LSU. Saban's recruits had been gone for at least two years at that point.

The thing is who knows if this report has any truth to it or if it's a fabricated attempt at getting subscribers to pay for content..

So is the reason that Miles has not been contacted by anyone else because he is not good or because of his age?

I feel it is probably the latter. Most schools typically are looking for someone that will be there for the long haul.

An approach for a coach like Miles would be to bring in coordinators that you want to groom to move into the HC position at some point. If one of those coordinators work out then when Miles or Tennessee decides it is time for him to retire - it leads to more of a stable transition rather than another coaching search.

I’ve stated numerous times who I’d want Fulmer to go after. Unfortunately Kelly & Gruden are off the list.

Patterson
Fuente
Petersen
Leach
Venables

Still not feeling Miles

Tee Martin only if he surrounds himself with an elite staff.

Kiffin isn’t even on my radar of coaches.

Tee isn't coming unless its for the HC job...He would lose a lot of money coming here to be the OC...USC pays him well
