If that is the case.....what killed the plan? If there was a “plan”, I would think everyone would have signed off on it before it was even implemented.

Are you not paying attention? Haslam/Currie went behind everyone's back to get schiano.

I understand how this makes zero logical sense, but that's the Haslam way.

Back stabbing by Currie and Haslam.

Good morning Grudenville! For the first time in a week, I spent the night with my family and didn’t worry about the search at all. It was lovely.

I hope today brings good things, but at least the fire is out and rebuilding can begin. Hope springs anew.

Soon!

You get them t-shirts printed up yet?

Respectfully, he signed a contract that Currie never executed. This is a fact. You can choose to not accept that, but it is truth.

Did Currie present the offer, Gruden signed, and then Currie backed out. I’ve tead that the boosters met with Gruden but unsure if Currie was there?

Currie is Haslam puppet. If you are a billionaire control freak and egomaniac, you won't be too happy about not being able to call the coach and give your input and tell him what to do... Gruden would be able to tell Haslam where to stick it!!

SFD knowing what you know, do you think Gruden is still interested, and do you think Fulmer has been involved previously and do you think he would be inclined to reinitiate that interest

I wasn't present, so I'm unable to answer. I do know this was a true contract with the AD, so I would assume Currie was present.

Because Haslam didn’t want a strong, independent coach who would be supported by the fan base who he (Haslam) tried to handcuff him (the coach.)

Have you ever had an employer or manager who would only hire weak co-workers? Makes for a miserable life.

I don't know, but I'd think the conditions are far more favorable today than they were a few days ago.

Back from vacation and all Ican say is wow! Left Saturday expecting a big fish announcement. And checked in once a day to keep up with news.
Never would have expected a cancelled offer and Phil coming back as AD while I was off. All I can say is congrats to all that pushed through the red tape and made the fan voice heard.
Ooh the alcohol that must have been consumed during this roller coaster...

After working all night and finally catching up on this thread I’ve come to the conclusion that this isn’t a thread but a wonderful community of like minded individuals waiting for the white whale to arrive!

Soon

I don’t know if Fulmer believes in Gruden or not.
this sudden revolt, initially cast in a bad light, now that the truth is starting to come out about administrative control issues, has taken an upswing with Fulmer assuming AD.
A Gruden announcement would not only create an insane change in media perspective, but would vindicate the uprising and make it appear both just and victorious

Truly a team effort. I think I have carpal tunnel just from tweeting folks in power positions.

Like others have previously posted, no news by Gruden is a good sign. If he was completely off the table I believe it would’ve been released. One thing is for sure, with Fulmer I have complete trust he’s gonna give it all he’s got to make it happen.

That’s what I was thinking. So Haslam got to him before Davenport could sign off or Currie changed his mind and didn’t sign. This would explain a potential mou that has been discussed
