You ALL wanted Haslam out.
This had to be done this way.
Yes, we might have lost Leach - short sighted - in the long run this is a major win for UT.
Fulmer and those that will remain and will be brought in won't pander to Haslam.
Fulmer is not in Haslam's pocket - the one guy for sure I know will stand up to him.
Think about it for a minute.
IF Fulmer did make this all happen and killed the Leach deal, you can bet he has something else up his sleeve.
Fulmer wants to be AD, has for a long time. If hes making big boy moves like this then he will no be hiring a C level coach. He is going to bring in someone good that will make him look good and make them want to keep him.
I bet we have a new coach by this time next week and it will be a top tier coach.
Book it.
I'm choosing to believe this is positive. Fulmer wants to win. We have a Tennessee man running the show. He will bring us back.

Mcmurphy is on the radio saying there were boosters and members of the bot calling candidates who Currie offered over the last week and talking them out of taking the job. Called it house of cards. Sounds like booster war

I hate to say it but this lines up with exactly what Beaver has been saying and to a point what Atlanta Vol said last before he vanished again.
skeeter as well even said it was time for people in the know to push back. Not sure what his role is anymore but he had ties at one time and I am sure still does even if people discredit him for recruiting misses.
